Perfit is an app that turns photographs of your clothes into a digital wardrobe and suggests outfits from it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect

Who else your data reaches
We use the following services to run Perfit. Each one only receives what it needs.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Your photographs are not used to train anyone's AI models.
Who at Perfit can see your wardrobe
In practice: software, not people.
- Your photographs and wardrobe are processed by automated systems — the AI that recognises garments and draws outfits. No one at Perfit reviews them as part of running the service.
- The administration tools we use day to day show account information — name, email, subscription, activity counts. They deliberately have no screen that opens anyone's wardrobe or photographs.
- The only member content staff can see is what is public by design — community posts — or content another user reports to us for review.
- Stored images are private, encrypted at rest, and reachable only through short-lived signed links issued to your signed-in account — not through public addresses anyone could guess.
- Like any service, the infrastructure has an operator with technical access to the systems underneath. That access is used to keep Perfit running — never to browse wardrobes — and any look at a specific account's content happens only if you ask us to (for example, to debug a problem with your wardrobe) and only with your consent.
Where it is kept
Your data is processed and stored on servers operated by the providers listed above, which are located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete an item and it stops appearing immediately; delete your account and we remove your personal data and photographs within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records for longer by law.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account and everything in it.
- Withdraw your consent and stop using the app at any time.
To exercise any of these, email support@per-fit.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Perfit is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
